I have been continuously learning and practicing at Yoga Center Madrid and I'm happy to share what I have learned with my students, from whom I also learn daily. I eventually trained as a Hatha Yoga Teacher, Ashtanga Vinyasa and as a Vinyasa Flow Instructor with AIPYS and did workshops with highly regarded teachers such as Peter Sanson, Liz Lark and Lino Miele.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga offers interesting experiences for the practitioner: energy, integral strength, mobility, purification and focus of the mind. Develop a mind-body connection of elevated moods and and body alignment.


The practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga includes the synchronization of movement and breath to move through a series of asanas. You will perform 'ujjayi’ breathing which must be learned properly - and integrate it with your postures and movement. Another aspect of Ashtanga is applying 'bandha's - locks while positioning the gaze of your eyes - 'dristi' - in different areas of the body during practice
