John Claxton and his Exceptional Method
Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 of May
"Who would be interested in this intensive? p>
"To all those interested in a practice in which they know how to take you through the posture to parts of your body that you can really feel and live from within, building it with attention and understanding?
"One of the best workshops I have found in Yoga!" Erua Trocas
The Claxton method
His method leads you to explore and advance in practice in such a clear and concrete way thanks to his way of presenting the anatomical principles which are difficult to master in the internalization of the practice; His teaching is so great that it can only come from wisdom, sensitivity, love and intelligence combined with scientific training and the experience of a lifetime.
The technique is at the service of the experience
John transmits with simplicity allowing students to understand and apply their teachings with clarity and lucidity, in no time is a slave to the technique, on the contrary, the technique is at the service of the experience.
Understanding of the practice
Claxton is developing his teaching from a deep knowledge and understanding of the practice, lighting up and bringing with his precise and poetic language to the practitioners, through a direct path, to the experience of the physical body and the subtle body, with an indelible clarity, until reaching the contact and the experience of the stillness of the mind and the sweetness of the soul.
Dedication to teaching
After teaching for nine years in London, in 1983 he decided to move to Norfolk with his family. There he founded The Norfolk Yoga Center, a place with daily practice and with possibilities of residence during intensive weekends. This Center became a place of reference for practitioners and teachers of Yoga, for 40 years.
